Proposed Amendments - submission deadline

Once a year we like to remind our sisters of the importance of participating in the process of improving our organization by submitting proposed amendments. 

A proposal for an amendment to our Constitution or state bylaws and standing rules must be presented in writing at one chapter meeting and voted upon at the following meeting. 

A written two-thirds affirmative ballot is required for any proposed amendment to be sent to the A&R Committee.
